The multifunctional base is not removed when the fireplace is mounted at the place of use, but in a way forms part of the fireplace. The advantage of the transportable fireplace is that it can be manufactured ready-made at the factory, whereby it is ensured that the fireplace is correctly assembled and in addition the construction of the fireplace at the place of use only takes some time.
From the patent publication EP 1165386 B1 a transportable fire town of the above-mentioned type is known. The multifunctional base of the fireplace comprises a metal base plate, which comprises stiffening and raising parts, on which the fireplace is built of soapstone elements. The construction of the bottom plate corresponds to the construction of a load platform, whereby under the bottom plate a forklift can be placed in the middle area of the bottom plate, such as the lifting forks of a fork carriage for lifting and moving the fireplace. The bottom plate, which acts as a multifunctional base, stays under the fireplace at the fireplace's place of use. According to the publication, in order to improve the rigidity of the bottom board, a concrete body can preferably be placed on it, or flat stone bodies can be attached to the bottom board, or alternatively concrete can be cast on a part of the board on the board. Such a stiffening of the bottom plate is - in view of the construction and transport of the fireplace - necessary with lifting forks, unless the fireplace is massive and heavy, as is normally the case with an accumulating fireplace. Attached to the multifunctional base are vertical support rods, which extend all the way to the upper part of the fireplace and in the upper ends of which a lifting means with a special construction can be attached for lifting the fireplace with a lifting device. The hook of the lifting device is attached to the said lifting means.
The problem with the fireplace in the publication EP 1165386 B1 is that it is not suitable for lifting and transporting heavy fireplaces with lifting forks without the bottom plate being reinforced with concrete or stone reinforcements, which complicate and complicate the creation of the multifunctional base. No complicated reinforcement of the bottom plate is needed, unless the fireplace is lifted and transported by hanging in a hook, but in this case the fireplace 2 must have support rods attached to the bottom plate, which can provide support for the fireplace during transport, and a lifting means with special construction is required. upper ends, in which lifting means the lifting device hook is attached. Lifting in a hook with a lifting device is slow and not always possible indoors and usually impossible in detached houses, as the lifting requires such high door openings and a high room space.
Brief description of the invention The object of the invention is to provide a multifunctional substrate which can be easily produced in a transportable fireplace, which enables easy and fast lifting and moving of fireplaces with different weight easily accessible pairs of lifts, such as a forklift of special devices and without the need to lift the fireplace by hanging in a hook of a lifting device.
In order to realize the said object of the invention, the fireplace according to the invention is characterized in that the multifunctional base consists of a plate-like body of stone material, which comprises an upper surface, lower surface and at least three edge surfaces, wherein in the lower surface borders on at least two edge surfaces. The term stone material in this context refers to concrete, ceramic material, and another material of non-metal, the strength of which is suitable for the purpose of use, whereby mixtures of the listed materials may also be involved.
The invention is based on the use in the fireplace as a manufacturing material for the multifunctional substrate of a rigid stone material which does not bend when loaded and in the lower surface of the multifunctional substrate made therefrom it is easy to achieve with different manufacturing methods ( typically by machining or casting) lifting rebates to support the fireplace.
Preferably, the plate-like body is rectangularly comprising four edge surfaces, to which each adjoins a lifting seam, the upper surface of the plate-like body preferably also being smooth and straight. Such a body is simple in terms of manufacture and it is also possible to lift it at any edge. The smooth and straight upper surface offers a simple base for erecting the fireplace.
Preferred embodiments of the fireplace according to the invention have been presented in the appended claims. The advantage of the transportable fireplace according to the invention is that it comprises a multifunctional surface which can be easily provided, which surface enables an easy and fast lifting and transport of the fireplace with conventional lifting pairs, such as a forklift lifting forks or a furniture lifting paws. The fireplace can, if desired, be lifted on a conventional loading platform, transported on the loading platform and near the final position of the fireplace easily lifted off the unloading platform by means of the forklift and by means of the furniture lift moved to the final place of use.
Brief description of the ur gures The invention is now explained in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which figure 1 shows a fireplace according to the invention and a connected flue as an axonometric image, figure 2 shows a multifunctional base used in the fireplace in figure 1 as a axonometric view, and Figures 3-8 show the multifunctional base of Figure 2 from above, from below, from both longitudinal sides (Figures 5 and 6) and from both ends (Figures 7 and 8).
Detailed description of the invention Figure 1 shows a transportable fireplace 1 according to the invention made of stone material, which is erected at the place of use.
At the bottom of the fireplace is its multifunctional base, the construction of which is explained in more detail by reference to Figures 2-8. The multifunctional substrate consists of a plate-like body, which is preferably made of concrete, wherein within the concrete steel reinforcements 3 have preferably been formed, for example of a steel mesh and / or steel bars, for example in the longitudinal direction of the multifunctional substrate or intersecting both longitudinally and transversely. The support rods are preferably several, but for the sake of simplicity only two have been drawn and illustrated in figure 2. In the concrete a ceramic agent can be mixed as a filler. The length of the plate-like body 2 is, for example, 1000 mm and its width is, for example, 500 mm and the length of the plate-like body is typically 40-150 mm, for example 70 mm, but can be up to 150-200 mm.
The upper surface 4 of the plate-like body 2 is even, thanks to which it is easy to build the most different fireplace constructions on it. The bottom 4 stone layer in the fireplace of stone material can be attached to the plate-like body upper surface 4 with mortar or stone glue. In the finished fireplace 1, the flat-like body can be said to be integrated in the fireplace.
As can be seen from Figures 2 and 4-8, in the lower surface 5 of the plate-like body 2, lifting rebates 6-9 have been made which adjoin the opposite end edges of the plate-like body, which lifting rebates are a kind of grooves. The width L of the folds 6-9 is 50-100 mm, for example 70 mm (see figure 4), and their height S is for example 10 mm (see figures 5 and 6). The purpose of the lifting rebates 6-9 is to facilitate lifting and moving of the fireplace 1. The lifting rebates 6-9 form support surfaces which are easy to approach for the lifting device (not shown), with which the fireplace can be lifted and moved to the desired location. The lifting means of the lifting device (lifting forks, lifting paws or gripping paws), which form a lifting pair, are easy to place opposite the lifting surfaces 6 and 7 formed by the lifting folds 6-9, or alternatively 8 and 9. The lifting device can be similar in construction to such a lift device with which you lift furniture. The lifting device can also be a fork-lift truck, the distance between the forks can be adjusted, so that the fireplace 1 is supported by the lifting rebates 6 or 7 or alternatively by the lifting rebates 8 and 9 in the forks of the forklift truck. In order for the fireplace 1 to be suitable for lifting with a conventional forklift truck, the height S of the lifting rebates 6-9 must correspond to the thickness of the forks of the forklift truck. The height S is in this case preferably 40-70 mm. The edges and edge surfaces of the plate-like body 2 are indicated by the reference numerals 10-13.
The upper surface 4 of the plate-like body has, arranged in the central region of the plate-like body 2, a supply opening 14 for air. From the supply opening 14, combustion air is fed into the fireplace's firebox. The diameter D of the feed opening 14 is, for example, 150 mm. The edge surface 12 of the plate-like body has an inlet opening 15 for receiving combustion air in the finished fireplace. By means of a recess 16 formed in the lower surface 5 of the plate-like body, the inlet opening 15 communicates with the supply opening 14. The inlet opening 15 can be in communication with the outdoor air for supplying combustion air via the recess 16 and the supply opening 14 to the fireplace space. The inlet opening 15 may be connected to a flue (not shown), which comprises an inlet duct for conducting outdoor air to the fireplace and which comprises an outlet duct for removing combustion gases from the fireplace. The air supply duct which consists of the inlet opening 15, the recess 16 and the supply opening 14 makes it possible, if desired, to omit conventional air supply ducts in the main door and / or ash door of the fireplace, if desired for aesthetic reasons.
It should be noted that the invention has been explained above by means of examples and therefore it is pointed out that the invention with respect to its details can be realized in many ways within the scope of the appended claims. Thus, the multifunctional substrate, i.e. the plate-like body, not necessarily lifting seams 6-9 adjacent to all edge surfaces 10-13, but it is conceivable that only two opposite edge surfaces 12 and 13 or 10 and 11 in the multifunctional base connect lifting seams 7 and 6 and on correspondingly 9 and 8. However, it is very advantageous to adjoin lifting edges 6-9 to all edge surfaces 10-13 in order to enable lifting and moving of the fireplace in the most different places. The shape of the multifunctional substrate may vary and the number of edge surfaces may vary. Instead of concrete, the plate-like body can be a different stone material than concrete, for example stone. The air supply duct (14, 15,16) is not necessary, but it is very advantageous for the use of the fire-city. The air supply duct may consist of a groove or recess formed in the upper surface of the multifunctional substrate or a cavity formed inside the multifunctional substrate, wherein the lower surface of the multifunctional substrate may be a substantially smooth and uniform surface. A fireplace built on the multifunctional base is not necessarily a massive accumulating fireplace, the exterior can be a lighter fireplace, such as a sauna stove heated with wood (or with other fuel).
